Our Story
Petitt-ECD was established through the merger of Engineering Concepts & Designs, LP and Petitt & Associates in the autumn of 2022. Together, the combined firm builds on a legacy of serving individuals, developers, and municipalities since 2000.
Petitt-ECD, L.P. is known for our customized approach and proficient project experience. As a small firm, we value our client relationships and prioritize responsiveness and efficiency, allowing us to address challenges promptly and cost-effectively.
Our team has produced various projects in both residential and commercial land developments- providing services such as planning, coordination, project management, and construction administration. We specialize in navigating our clients and projects from initial surveying and zoning to final plat recording.
